Is this legal?هذا نظامي؟
Yes. Every worker deploys under an Ajeer contracting permit between the supplying company and yours, issued through Qiwa. Shillu composes the order and holds the paperwork. Nobody works without a permit number on the deployment order.نعم. كل عامل ينزل تحت تصريح أجير بين الشركة المورّدة وشركتك، يصدر عبر قوى. شلّوا تركّب الطلب وتحتفظ بالأوراق. ما أحد يشتغل بدون رقم تصريح على أمر الإنزال.
Who pays the workers?مين يدفع للعمال؟
Shillu invoices you once and pays the supplying company, the equipment owner, the caterer and the transport operator. Wages flow to workers through their employer's WPS payroll, on time.شلّوا تصدر لك فاتورة وحدة وتدفع للشركة المورّدة ولصاحب المعدات ولمزوّد الإعاشة والنقل. الأجور توصل للعمال عبر نظام حماية الأجور عند صاحب العمل، بوقتها.
How fast can a crew be on site?كم يبي له الطاقم لين يوصل الموقع؟
Permit issuance is the long pole. With verified workers already listed, an order placed in the morning is typically ready for the next working day. Housing and transport are booked in the same order.إصدار التصريح هو أطول خطوة. إذا العمال متحقق منهم ومسجّلين مسبقاً، الطلب اللي ينقدّم الصبح عادةً يكون جاهز ليوم العمل اللي بعده. السكن والنقل يُحجزون بنفس الطلب.
What if a worker doesn't show up?وإذا العامل ما حضر؟
You tell us by 7:00 and we replace from the nearest available card the same day. No-shows are rated against the supplying company, not hidden.تبلغنا قبل 7:00 ونبدّل من أقرب بطاقة متاحة بنفس اليوم. الغياب يُسجّل على الشركة المورّدة، ما ينخفي.
Can the crew wear our brand?هل يقدر الطاقم يلبس علامتنا؟
